SERVICE CONTRACT

01 — Ownership

All designs created by LOKAYA GFX remain the intellectual property of the Studio until full payment is received. Upon payment, full usage rights transfer to the client for personal or commercial use.

02 — Exclusivity

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, designs are exclusive to the client. The Studio will not resell or reuse your design to a third party.

03 — Credit

Client agrees to credit LOKAYA GFX when publicly sharing designs (e.g., social media, YouTube). Credit may be waived upon special request.

04 — Prohibited Use

Designs must not be used for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes. Violation terminates all rights and may result in legal action.

05 — Portfolio Rights

LOKAYA GFX reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and social media unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

06 — Delivery Start

Delivery timeline begins after payment confirmation and after the client has provided all required details (name, references, color preferences, etc.).

07 — Delays

The Studio will notify the client of any delays due to high workload or emergencies. Clients will receive priority in the next available slot.

08 — File Delivery

Final files are delivered via Google Drive or Discord in agreed formats (PNG, PSD, AI). Source files are included only in premium plans.

09 — Revision Scope

A revision is a minor adjustment to an existing design (color, text, sizing). A complete redesign is considered a new order.

10 — Revision Requests

All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests after this period may incur additional charges.

11 — Approval

Once the client confirms approval of a design, no further free revisions will be provided for that deliverable.

12 — Advance Payment

All orders require a 50% advance payment before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery and before file handover.

13 — Payment Methods

Accepted methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, or any method mutually agreed via WhatsApp/Discord. Payment proof must be shared.

14 — Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if work has not yet started. Once design work begins, no refunds will be issued. Partial refunds may be considered at Studio's discretion in exceptional cases.

15 — Currency

Pricing is listed in the agreed currency at time of order. Currency conversions are the client's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

16 — Cancellation

Client may cancel before work starts for a full refund. Cancellations after work begins forfeit the advance payment.
